There are two requirements to having questions answered here:

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid93/pd083385eabb26b7fa7b7ab39316ebdfc/fa50491b.jpg There is a small metal piece thick like a paper clip, that poped out in #3, which is making the ash tray all loose

you will not be able to tell anything by the picture, of my 1 mp camera...all you will see is that the ash tray is tilted little bit, it will not be usable as reference

Remove the shift gate then llift the entire wood. Then take out the black plastic tray in front of it and you will see the screws.
Now your on your own from there. ;)

by tray you are talking about that long gap between the ash tray and the shifter...if so, i tried to remove it but its being held by the side wall of the dash

Elvir,

If you are being nice, everybody will try to help you. You are asking for help, not commanding people to help you. There is NO obligation to help other people in here.

I could assist you in removing the ash tray:
1. shift to Neutral (easier to access the other parts)
2. Take out the plastic shit gate ring(for 97 and newer). On the older model, i don't remember.
3. Take out the shifter console(wood trim).
4. take out the rubber tray between the ashtray and the wood console that you just removed.
5. look carefully at this diagram:
http://gilbreth.ecn.purdue.edu/~nkumala/pnsji/carbon%20fibre%20installation/ashtray.jpg
The ashtray(7) are held by two screws(23). After you take out both screws. you could slide the ash tray assembly out.
6. detach the wire behind it and you will get the ashtray out.

Caution: If it's tight, take out screws number 24 and you can wiggle both the ashtray console and the upper console.

That's what I'm trying to say. Is it hard to imagine on how to take off shift gate and the wooden consol? You still need the whole pic ?

ok so far i understand how to get to those screws, but i still dont know how to remove the rubber tray between the shifter and ash tray, its stick to the sides, and it will not come out

Please be specific. What year is your car?
I already said that ONLY in 97, take out the shiftgate ring.

If you think you are not competent or comfortable in taking it out yourself, maybe you should take it to a shop/dealer to have them fixed it.

Elvir

You have to follow the instruction one by one.
Of course you cannot see the screws because the rubber piece still there.

like I said, if you are not competen enough, go to dealer and have them fix it for you.... should be like 5 minutes job,

FYI pay attention to screw n.23: they can fall down into the carpet! Besides I've broken the relevant ashtray plastic piece because I was working with the consolle and the two screw not fully removed: so I broken one plastic eye.

Hi:)
