air intake diameter

Does anyone know the diameter in mm of the air mass sensor intake on '97C230? I need to know this before I order an air filter assembly for the car.

I am guessing you are searching for the diameter of the MAS sensor housing, pictured above.

I know on the C43, the diameter is 76mm.

JIrwan or Speedybenz would most likely have the exact info.

You will be better off to keep your stock airbox and feed another intake air tube into the airbox. If your put a nice air intake duct where the fog light opening is you can force feed the airbox and make more power than by just putting an air filter onto your MAS.
