K&N is only a drop in filter. Doesnt cost much and dont expect monstrous gains. An HKS is a airbox replacement and seems that it could be better. I know of someone with one and could ask him. You could also try building your own intake running from one of the fogs, would provide better gains than the above.

DLS

PM me your number, I can call you and we could meet up.

Im not so sure about my skills whenit comes to putting in a intake by the foglight like 2phast did on his website. why dont you give me your number and i will call you when i get back

HKS = Piece of Junk

This is a custom intake by J Irwan

Yes there is.. if you are willing to install a Mosselman Turbo then you get all the gain you're looking for.

i think the one J Irwan used is a BMC Carbon dynamic airbox, they are around 250 each. do a serach on google and you'll find a bunch of dealers. the rest is just silicone hoses and fasteners.

Carbon fibre tape from motorcycle catalog will be $10 look like $10, but hey, it only costs .......$10?

The less I pop the hood on my C36 the happier I am!

I have been searching all over for that CF air box. Finally found few of them locally only to find out that they do not make them large enough for Turbo application :(

I ll take a few pictures once I have it installed on the VW instead.
