    SL Style Body Kit

Has anyone used this kit on their 202? I am particularly considering the hood. It looks really cool on their website, however I value the opinions of Club202 before making an impulse buy.

I also love that hood, had my eye on it from day one.

altough it costs $1600 (as ive heard) I think it would be cheaper to find a REAL SL hood and make that fit (dnt know if its possible)

Im sure you can get the front clip of the sl hood and weld it on the 202 hood. Some of the 190e guys do a 202 hood convertion...

that hood on the car would be sexy. I'm thinking of doing that hood, but question does the front bumper change at all or is it just the hood itself?

Because I would do that hood, maybe the reiger front, rear, and sides. Then call it a day

no the frnt bumper would have to go!

the SL style hoods have a wider grill.

so does it come with a front bumper adjustment? or what?

Because on the dealers for the expression kits I only saw the grill available for $1699, sideskirts and a rear bumper. It didn't say anything about a front bumper.

I kinda don't think it looks right on a saloon car. it fits the cabrio, but the 202's look is classic mercedes sedan, and I don't think it should be messed with to look like something else. appreciate the inherent beauty of the 202.

your best bet would be to buy the SL bumper as well and ghettro fit it. it would be very nice w/fogs and all.
