hello. currently i have bright white LED turn signals with crystal clear corners. i'm debating on whether i should keep these or i should switch to amber signals for my clear corners. the only thing i dont like about the white LEDs is that it blinks fast.
this is jstrat's car. i hope you don't mind me using your picture jstrat.
this is mine
do you think i should switch to amber or keep my white lights?

I love the amber and hate the fast blinking. So I'de do amber.
fast blinking? the white ones make it blink faster?Originally posted by Benzon

They do unless you put in resistors........only thing i dont like about the white LEDs is that it blinks fast. ........
How do I put in resistors? Where do I attach them? I need to figure this out because the light out warning lamp is driving me insane! I have 26LED amber corner bulbs...I just need to know where to attach the resistors.Originally posted by Benzon

yeh they flash fast if you use LEDs. that's why i want to get rid of these white bulbs. they're super bright but i dont like the fast blinking. there's 2 ways to do it. either get a relay to slow it down, or you can put a load resistor on. unfortunately they dont have the relay for our car because we use a combination relay. the load resistors would work but i wouldn't recommend it as these are fire hazards, they get EXTREMELY hot.
i love the look of amber corners with HID's, i say go amber
I already have resistors for my license plate lights, and all seems to be fine there...but HOW do you connect the resistor to the bulb?Originally posted by bish0p

for the turn signals you have to tap into the wires for each corner, so you would need 4 for all around. it's not too difficult, you can find it on ebay and they show you how to do it, i forget how but i believe you bridge it from the negative and positive wires.
what about the RL-650 on this page...

Would that suffice? So I would need four as opposed to two?
anyone??
