    yea my uneducated guess would be maby bent valve or head gasget.

    A good next step foward to eliminate any major engine damage is to get it compression tested, this is relatively inexpensive and may tell you what you need to know,
    as well as what someone mentioned about the if air is leaking out your radiator cap

    I think theres no compression, won't know till the end of today. Its at the stealership as we speak *just hooking it up to the computer*. At low rpm's theres a stall. I'm just praying its either a valve, or head gasket, i'll been even happen if its just both. I already know 1 of the lifters are bad, or need adjusting.

    Well Here is what Mercedes Benz said.

    80342 Verified Fires but stalls, checked fuel pressure ok, R+R #1 spark plugs and checked found ok but are denso iridiums, checked compression on #1 cyl. 145#'s. SDS short test multiple codes for trottle actuator and air intake bypass flap. also misfire codes and codes for maf sensor. *this is what made my day* CLIENT HAS RELOCATED MAF SENSOR ON INTAKE PIPE LMFAOOOOoO, checked actual values found key on values for throttle actuator to be 8.2 degrees out of spec, talked to throttle actuator but got no respones, reinitialized throttle actuator, now vehicle will run, but not very well. Has multiple intake leaks due to aftermarket intake setup, Supercharger is not kicking on, Needs new throttle actuator to start and may need new MAF sensor and put back into stock location


    MAF i orderd allready, where can i find the throttle actuator. Thats the T-body right?

    does the compression look right to you guys.........lol does any of the information look right. i mean from everything i discribed to you guys, does it really sound just like i need a MAF and a new T-body

    leaks in your intake? is it on the cold intake side ? or where the mass air flow sensors is ?

    i don't know acutally, i figured that would be a easy ass fix, only 4 - 5 screws and unplug and plug that vacumme line and wires. I know the acuator is about 900 bucks at the dealer, and i figured about 1 hr of labor

    im not 100% sure but a new throttle body may need to be programmed to your cars spec. id have your car plugged to an SDS agian after you think you have fixed all the problems.

    Yea but my question is, Is that really the problem? I don't want to buy a 900 T body, and its not it. When i started it in front of the service adviser it still made a pop, and was running pretty bad.

    Well i told you guys i'll keep you posted. It wasn't the engine....i knew that bitch was invinceable, but the tranny is done. I went to benz last night and replace the MAF sensor and converted everything back to stock. Car ran perfect like nothing happened. Well after 6 miles the car sounded like the gears was grinding bad....i turned the key off while doing 50 and dropped it in N within a flash. I looked under the car and the trans was leaking. It looked like the tail shaft seal broke. i had to go home grap my uncles flat bed tow truck and load it at 2 in the morning. As soon as i lifted the car at a angle it was pissing tranny fuild like there was no tommow. So its back at merc

    man thank god it wasnt the engine i tell all my friends that its nearly inpossable to blow a Mercedes engine. So now noing that im still right. i can finally sleep. wow really cant blow a mercedes engine
