    ACC Motor not getting 12VDC

2000 C280 with automatic climate control will not activate the fan.

I took the fan out put a 9V battery on it, it works, both from the wires directly attached to it and through the regulator.

I tested the 3 prong going into it with the car running. Across one of them I got the variable voltage from the ACC depending on fan speed.

One had nothing. I am supecting it needs 12VDC on one of them?

    Any experience with this guys?

    Thanks,

    Mark

Now it won't turn off unless I unplug it under the passenger dash!
