Powered seats hook up in non-powered seat car

My 202 has manual seats all around - you set it and forget it -

I read on MB Club UK, where most of the euro models are, that it is very easy to fit a set of powered seats into a non powered car....you just need the wiring harness and plug and play into a comfort module thats in the car? - can anyone here verify such a thing? Seems too easy to be true albeit expensive, let alone getting the seats + wiring loom.

Yes for US models. They're already pre-wired for that. All you need
    is the powered seats.

You're in Canada so I don't know if that applies to Canada models as well. Perhaps you can find out thru MB Customer service in Canada. That's a good place to start.

Since most everything is modular to some degree on these cars, if the Canadian model doesn't have the harness going right up to the seat, you should be able to salvage the harness to go all the way to the module when you rip the seats out of another car.

Don't forget to get the harness and controls for the door(s).
