link to ASSYST and maintenance check list

I've found this link relevant to the MB ASSYST and interval maintenance.

My question are:
1) what's our w202 possible engine codes (mentioned at point "replace spark plugs)?
2) How often they indicate to change air filter on W202?
3) it seems that engine oil and filter is changed every A and B service. Please confirm.
4)coolant seems to be changed every 150000miles or 15 years!
5)on the check list for the maintenance service it is indicated as relevant to W202 model till 31.05.97! Does someone know if there is so much difference with post W202 models? May be there is a similar and dedicated check list available on-line!?
