how much does the m104 weight?
a fully assembled 2jzgte weights about 500lbs with the turbos/manifold/intakes/pumps/pulleys (dunno how reliable the source is but i think its about right)

got the h&r and bilstein b8 rears
however the gearbox is now fully gone so wont be able to test the suspension until my gearbox is fixed

got them in and went for a quick drive (gearbox still runs when its cold and slips like ure in N gear when hot)
feels quite good and it got rid of the nose heavy feeling that ive been hating.
it still has a bit of roll in hard turns but the car turns instead of understeering like it used to do.
its not as stiff as i would expect but its a nice middle point without having to kill the comfort. (i wouldnt mind stiffer tho)
the car also has a nice drop but didnt rub at all throughout the 5 mins test drive i had.
tho it might start to rub when the springs have settled down.
overalll im quite happy with the setup but ive only driven the car for 5 mins and parked it back to the workshop.
a little update on the gearbox
supra 5 speed manual is going in. the box should arrive on wednesday.
