no head work on that one, engine standard running 3.3bar boost on small exhaust housing,no wastegate.
no ecu, running old skool mechanical pump.

i will do some head work on this new project.

You can always do a mount similar to the M111 kompressor

Couldn't get a bigger turbo? Watching with interest, hope all works out o.k. with the g/box. Have you considered using a 2.3/2.5-16 Getrag, good for 400bhp but don't know how much torque.

    cheers,
turbo has nice small 13cm ex housing so should spool well especially with supercharger.
had thought of getrag but think this is far stronger.

Maybe you are doing too much at once? Might be wiser to get the turbo mounted & operational then, mount & plum in the s/charger. Have you considered mounting the s/charger directly above the head giving easy access to the charger itself & the injection pump? I'm only throwing ideas out there as I think one of the most important aspects of your build will be good access, ease of maintenance & greater flexibility to make more modifications as I suspect having the f/pump and that side of the engine bay uncluttered would be a big bonus.

    Looking forward to updates.

    Rock on!

yea, i see your point, but i always play with the ideas a while in my head before i commit myself to bolting them on, have only got the turbo. Can't decide on ex manifold size.
Was thinking of access for cams as will be playing with them too, pump access might be more important.

For big turbo installations using your particular turbo, check out the Swedish club sites. Most of those boys speak very good English too.
