    I'm going to turbo my 94 c220 Mercedes (w202)

So first off, what turbo should I go with? I want to know everything. I cant really find any specifics on what I need exactly. Please help me out!

I've got a new AEM piggyback ECU if you are interested. Probably a safe inexpensive way to see up to 10psi.

There are quite a few ECU mapping issues with turbocharged kompressor engines and piggyback ECUs are not solveing all of them.
94_C220 do a research. There's quite some info and go standalone if you decide to go turbo after all.

P.S. Choose a different platform if you ask me.

    P.S.II. No hard feelings Remo!

    No hard feelings at all!

Sorry to track off topic (sort of,)

I too at multiple times imagined how wonderful it would be to turbo my C230, then C280, lastly, C36. After starting to buy even the cheapest parts possible, even used parts, I easily spent $1,000 on basically what now occupies my top shelf in the garage as conversation starters and for looks. Prepare $4k for some backyard rigged shit and up to 10k to set up something that may be somewhat reliable.

You have to include all the necessary gauges to monitor the ticking time bomb u are about to over boost. All the costs of properly dyno tuning that $3,000 standalone. Then you lose factory features. You fail smog (in US) and I'm sure other annual inspections in other countries. It just goes on and on!

So, with my wife's permission, I purchased a 911 turbo & modded that enough for what I need.

No seriously ... My jetta TDi is getting all the mods, lowered, rims, 5-speed manual conversion, custom built gearbox for 60mpg, interior redone, currently talking to overseas shipping companies about purchasing a right-hand drive front clip to convert mine over to RHD !! Then the engine build and turbo upgrades will begin..

VWs are very good fot tuning because of so many aftermarket options. Send me a link to your build as I'm curious.

I turboed my W202 2.0 kompressor but didn't liked it so converted it back to kompressor. Much nicer for everyday use.

Red hose is water, silver is oil.

    Hi Krum.

Is that the best place on the block for an oil temp & pressure feed. Would the S/compressor be in the way, would think?

This is meant for oil pressure sensor but I think the S/C is in the way.

    c1997 - Here's how I return the water:
