Head lamp levelling vacuum knob not working, any ideas?

    Guys,

My H/lamp levelling/height control knob is not working for some reason? I did check on the site but can't find any info, thus this thread. Anybody got any ideas. There's no hissing sound from the knob, the vacuum lines look like they're connected to the knob and lights correctly and all the cars other vacuum systems seem to be operate o.k..

    Thanks in advance.

O.k. guys, I found the problem. Just to let you know in case anybody has a similar issue the vacuum pipe below the w/screen was chewed. Suspect there was a hungry mouse in there at some stage.

I had a similar problem, hissing sound and everything. Both vacuum hoses by the headlamps were disconnected.. one was broken so i had to get some rubber hose and connect it together
