Lowering my 202

Bought this kit off a guy. It's an H&R cup kit. The ride quality is not comfortable. Could it be the shocks?

when you lower your car, the ride quality will change... the springs/shocks are a little stiffer than regular ones

Yeah I understand that but it feels like it's super bouncy though. Went from super smooth to not. I'm a previous Honda guy and I know my fair share of bouncy rides and when I installed the H&r cup kit the ride quality changed drastically. I think it may be the shocks because for sure I don't believe this is the ride quality it's supposed to be

Lol yeah true but I Checked the shocks and there good though
