Question Necessary parts and task list for lowering my w202

I just bought the following including H & R springs. Is there anything else that is necessary to lower my car safely and reliably? I know I will have to get an alignment afterwards, but do I need any other parts or steps I am over looking?

It would be highly recommended to use a Mercedes coil spring compressor. The rears you can do without the spring compressor but i would only do the fronts with the mercedes coil spring compressor. Some pb-blaster to loosen bolts other then that nothing more

What about a Macpherson spring compressor? Wouldn't it function the same?

keep in mind the amount of pressure those springs are under. The Mercedes coil spring compressor have plates that go around a coil on top and bottom and secure it.

while you're at it, you might want to check your shocks already... also make sure the spring pads are still ok... camber arms i recommend, but not necessary.....

Were are you located? A local buddy of mine recently let me borrow his Mercedes coil spring compressor for my K-Sport install.
