New to Me 1996 C180 Classic Manual

I just bought my first Mercedes after my Volvo became an intolerable money pit...

Its a green 1996 C180 Classic Manual with about 265000 km on her.

Car passed a technical inspection with the stand outs being:
    1.) a stiff accelerator pedal,
2.) steering vibration (apparently the need for tie rod ends),
3.) a brake shudder at speed,
4.) possible valve stem seal issue as there was apparently slight smoking at start up which I've not seen..

I have picked up an issue regarding the fuel gauge seemingly not reading accurately at all? and there seemingly being a slight occasional hunt in the rpm otherwise the car is a beauty for 21 years old

I'm still familiarizing myself with the w202 and will truly appreciate any and all advice from more knowledgeable members of the forum.

What should I look out for and what should I check on and what preventative measure should I be taking to maintain the car correctly.

I am wanting the car to remain in peak condition and remain a reliable and economical daily driver.

Check if the wiring harness has been done. That's the main issue's with them.
    Lower control arm brushes
Other than that nothing to worry about.
    Enjoy the car
