Help Will this Alarm fit My car

My friend has an alarm system that is suposidly complete and its in a mercedes box, it looks like it is all there has any one bought a mercedes alarm system and installed it, i would upload pictures of it but i cant figure out how to get them from my hard drive to here

Its a good price i might just take advantage of the deal hopefully it fits

First of all

Does it have a part number

and i think it may be a stock alarm, only goes off if doors trunk or hood is opened if doors are locked not very high tech.

This is an origonal new,unused alarm and immobiliser system supplied by Mercedes Benz
manufacturer is SCORPION with full wiring diagrams

well i bought the alarm i will let you know how factory it was its supose to be plug and play and origianal mercedes equiptment
hopefully i did not get scammed
