Part #s - temp sensor, shifter bushings

I called up BMA to order a few parts, and they didn't know some of the part numbers. All for a 95 C280

The outside temp sensor, which is part of the kit 202-240-0349. I have two good screens for the inside, so I'd rather not buy another full kit.

Shifter bushings. I know that I need 2 for the inside, are there any others?

Thw wood (non burlwood) that goes around the shifter. I'm sure that it isn't cheap, but the cracked one looks horrible.

I was able to determine the part number for the "Matrix cupholder": 203 680 08 79, and the chrome shifter frame: 202 267 0788
