Thumbs up Right rear door panel speaker blown

Can i just unplug it for now, so i dont have to hear that shitty sound? Or do I have to replace it? Is there some way to turn off only that speaker? Thanks. i just want to do something temporary until i buy new speakers. Thanks again.

(I used the search feature but couldnt come up with what i needed)

Take out the door panel, then unplug the speaker connector.

you might need to take off the door panel then again you might not..

I don't remember all the details, since it all depend on the mounting depth of the rear door speaker..

But I would try it first remove the bad speaker only by:

1.remove the speaker grill, (1 philip screw at the bottow)
2.remove the speker and disconnecte the wire..
3.tape the speaker connector that coming from the car wiring harness, to prevent shorted from water in the door...

    Hope this helps.
