    Speakers???

    Does anyone know what size of speakers fit in my car (car type in signature at bottom of page)? I recently have lost my rear passenger door speaker, front passenger door speaker, and my two tweeters up on the dash. So, the stereo system in there is sounding quite nice........J/K!! So, I need all those new speakers (Two tweeters, two front door speakers, and two rear door speakers). Also, does anyone know of a good place to buy these (online, so I get them for cheap, cause I know there are car stereo stores out there....but their prices suck, they wanted my kidney for a bolt that I needed, so I can't imagine what they would ask for some speakers (arm and a leg?)). Please help!!!:dead:

    Nope, No Bose system. This car came with nothing really, I was surprised it even has power windows!!! This is seriously the most rare C class of it's time. It has no options what so ever.

    you can open the speaker grill real easy and measure the size.

    The front dash:
    There is a clip that points towards you and there is 2 clips that points to the center of the car.
    Use a small screw driver and then push in the clip that is toward you:

    The front door:
    There is a screw on the bottom of the grill, open it and then slide it to the front of the car and also to the bottom of the car.
    Slide it gently:

    Your car does NOT come with rear door speakers. You only have rear deck speakers.

    No, there are ones in the rear door, cause I just pulled that one out and tried to replace it, but I can't get it all the way out. I think I have to take off the door panel. The car has eight speakers, I know for sure.

    Then you have Bose system.
    Can you post picture of the speakers?
    Does the speakers has it's own enclosure?

    I just got word back from Cartoys, I have three out of the four on the passenger side that went out. The only speaker that works on the passenger side is the tweeter. So, that is what I need to repair is the rest of the speakers. I will try to get some pictures of the speakers when I get my car back tonight. Thanks for you help!!

    Yah, I have those. Those are the buckets that the speaker sits in, right? There are four screws you have to remove to remove the speaker and enclosure from the door. The only problem is, one of the bolts is up under the door panel, which makes it hard for a screwdriver to get up there, so how do I get those out?

    this means you have a bose system. Take out the speaker and there will be bose marking.

    send me pictures of the problematic screw.

    alright, I am going to go home after work and play around with that to see if I can't get the screw out. I will also take pictures tonight of my car and the speaker stuff (hopefully my camera will download the pictures tonight).

    Oh okay, I got a price break down from Mercedes here in Bellevue, WA for all the speakers. It seems that my telephone speaker is going to cost me the most......80 (what a rip off). How much are you looking to sell yours?

    Yes they are bose system. You need the amplifier as well tough...
