    5x114 on a 112 vehicle?

I found some rims at an insane price. They are 5x114. Can it be done? Maybe getting the hubs retreaded to 114? Let me know! Also would using a 112 bolt in a 114 rim with hub rings work?

Before you buy it educate yourself

(Perhaps they will work if you use a sledge hammer or
    blow torch)

There are ways to get around it, such as re-drilling the wheels to the 5x112 bolt pattern, and also using wheel adapters to fit the different sized wheels, but most of the time it isn't worth the hassle, and you're just better off finding wheels that fit right from the start.

The trendy thing to do a few years ago in the Honda crowd was convert the four bolts into five bolts. I don't know why. With things like cars, anything is possible if you have enough money.

A lot of the E30 BMW guys do the 5 lug conversion. More selection of wheels maybe?

Boomin's got one of the reasons to convert...the other being that the cool cars like the Type-R mobiles are 5 lug vs. the usual 4.
