    piece under the headlight

    does anybody know where and how much this piece cost? im thinking of removing my headlight wipers.... the dealership is charging 250 for the part without installation and that with the employee discount

    The part that fills the gap between the headlight and the bumper shouldn't cost that much. There are two different types, one for Pre97 cars and one for 97 and later. Are they selling them to you painted? I have a new set for post 97 that are unpainted.

    I don't think you need to go all the way to Fletcher Jones for those...try Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach first, or South Bay.

    i'll pull mine today if i have time. it's like two phillips-head screws if i recall, or at the most one of them is a 10mm socket.
