Is there a UFO in my wheels?

All of a sudden im getting a circular pattern rubbing on my front drivers wheel. I also hear a slight whisking noise while driving.

What could this be?

at a guess your wheel weights are causing it

did you recently had your tires replaced? looks like some one cleaned a area to put wheel weights on there

Nothing was touched...this is as of recent and that circle was created on its own thats the weird part lol. Now if it could only clean the whole wheel it would be great

Upon inspection I dont see anything but I'll check again
