Custom Foglights for the facelift W202

I was looking around and found the old thread called "custom foglights" but it's been dead for years now. I'm wondering if any of you guys have retrofitted the 96-98 Mustang Foglights in your facelift W202 and if so how did you do it. This is something I'm really interested in doing especially now since my H1 bulb melted to my connector causing my left foglight to not even work anymore. Anyhow, I read that the Mustang fogs are a perfect fit, but does anyone know how I can manipulate or build a bracket so it stays in place?

Yeaa it'd practically an exact fit but I'm trying to figure out how to mount it to the bumper anyone have an idea?

Combination of zip ties and duct tape? Lol. Anyone got pics of it in the bumper? I can't seem to find any pics

There's a guy called Frenchy would did it a few years back it looks real smooth check the old thread called custom foglights, but I've been looking at the 99-04 Mustang Foglights too and they appear as though they would fit too. Someone take a look at them on eBay cause there's more of a selection with the 99-04 fogs then with the 96-98 ones. Can anyone confirm if they'd fit, I think I'm about to order the 99-04 clear ones.
