what kind of look are you looking for?
I'm looking to buy a shift knob that is threaded.
Of course the C280 has a unique design for the shift knobs that it doesn't allow for much modification to be done to it besides swapping knobs with other Mercedes due to how they are mounted on.
My question is, has anyone managed to find a way to use threaded shift knobs on a W202?
My last bet would to be try to either weld it or to glue it on, but I'm looking for a more professional way of going about this.
Any support would help, thanks!

Got a pic of the shift knob you want to install?

This is what it looks like. It's by the same company that makes those bubble/dildo shift knobs. I just like the flower pattern in it, thought it'd look good. Only problem is that it's a screw on...

I'm not asking for people's opinion on it, I'm looking for an answer.
It obviously wont fit, the top part of the gear shaft isn't threaded. Not to mention that knob looks like a POS.
You never had me, you never had your car
Well it ended up fitting because I made a universal adapter myself. Don't be a dick about it next time.
Would you mind sharing how you made the universal adapter? and could you post a pics of the finished product? I'm a fan lol
Check out this website www.gericia.com, bought a gear leaver from them two weeks ago and i only stumbled on this website, the geaar leaver i bought was for W140 but they have some stuff for the W202 and i'm sure i saw they had these wood gear leavers. All i could say was it was one of the best things i have bought for my baby
