Back right window not working

Hello,

I am having a problem where my back right window is no longer working. The window button on the door, as well as the main console up front do not move the window. The buttons themselves are connected, so how would I go about diagnosing this issue? Thanks.

it could be that the actuator is at fault if both switches do not move the window at all

pull panel off and see if the wire slipped off the motor happened to my friends e320 but the motor locked up on it
