    Project 202

I have already posted about my 202. THe whole passenger side of my car has had to be pretty much replaced. I have a new front bumper, right side fender, trim, passenger side doors, upper and lower control arms, and bushings. I think I have got all the best prices on my parts. If anyone needs a website or advice just ask. I read on the forum on how to replace the suspension parts and how to take off the door panel parts. I have already replaced the front right suspension parts, which I got for under $100 shipped and dished out about $150 more for a ratchet set and some other tools. A shop quoted me $3000. It was hard worka dn took me two days being inexperienced, but I don't think it's worth speding $3000. Thank God for this website, otherwise I would have been screwed. Now I have to get the frame staightened get all the parts painted.

I plan on doing some mods while I'm at it. I wanted to lower my suspension, but I have to worry about the payment of my parts. If I didn't have a credit card I don't know what I'd do. I plan on painting all the moldings the same as the body, new grille, side skirt l.e.d's, and rims. I am also redoing the sound system as well, taking advice from the forum on how to do it myself. I'm doing almost all the work myself except for the painting and the body work. My dad paints and does body work as a hobby and I don't know anyone who can do better work. We also know collision specialist, so I'll get the frame straightened for next to nothing.

I would like some suggestions on what I should mod next. I also need some help on how to take off the chrome window trim on the door. I have tried the search, but I didn't find any useful information. I also need some help on taking off the side moldings on the car. I know the trim slides of to the back of the car, but should I use a special tol to help. I just don't want to break the trim.

I plan on posting some how to's with pics, to amke things a lot easier. I followed the guides that were written, but if I would have had some pics and a little more detailed information, it would be a lot easier. I couldn't have done it with out you guys though. So thanks. I'll be more pics soon and keeping everyone updated

For now you can take a look at my wrecked car.

I wish I would have posted sooner. I already bought a front bumper and it was like $300 shipped. Oh well. Does anyone have drop springs and shocks?

I noticed that the door panel on my new doors does not have power seats. My car came with power seats on the passenger side. Is it going to be hard to put the door panel from my old door on the new door with the power seats?
