I cant explain how to remove them, but If I was in your position id definatly keep em! working or not I just like the way they look.

I've had my car for three years now and still don't know how to turn those headlight wipers on. Anyone??? I vote keep the wipers
even if they don't work.

I have them, and Denlasoul is mostly right. The headlamp wipers are for cleaning your headlamp lense. They activate only when you use your windshild washer system AND your headlamps are on.I believe they turn on when you have your lights on and activate your windshield wiper.
