Luminics Lo-beams ?

Bought a set of Luminics Ultra white H7's. out of all the sets of H7's ive wasted my money on Luminics is what I was looking for. just bragging a little.

I didnt want to spend hundreds on a xenon kit - which requires custom install, I just bought a set of these for $25 and happy with it. Plug n play take less then 5min to install. :)

will definatly get a set of Ultra violet for the W202, then JDM Yellow for the fogs. Ive also bought Pure blue H3's for the fogs in my 202 but H3 wouldnt fit ... H1's is what I need. :( Oh well.

what you guys think ?

Hey have the same color of HID and look good. Just by teh picture they dont look as intense as HID like i have seen in pics of my HID. I like them thoguh, im prbly going to get a set

Hey rollinrealbig my friend has a W203 and he wants the HID look and he likes the color of those. He wants to know if those bulbs give better lighting on the ground and range. And could you post some pics of it on at night ? A lot of pics would be cool. I' might get some myself.

97C280 - no problem will be so tonight wen I get home! They are not as bright but spread farther. but really arnt bright Ive had to use my fogs at some cases.

So they dont light the road up that much as stocks? I was hoping for more light on the road and range..

i'm a cheap ass and found them on ebay for minutely cheaper, but hopefully i'll get a deal by buying both h7's and h1's from the same seller. It'll probably be a week or so before pics arrive from me.

I did that too with my Pure blues, I just did it for extra FB. im at 139 right now!

i'm just not feelin' those at all. call me old school, but i'm on the "natural" light kick. whenever a car is coming down the road, and you see them going over bumps because their headlights change from white, to blue, to violet, back to white and such; it just looks tacky as hell to me.

I believe what your talking about is projector headlights, these dont do that but I know exactly what you are talking about, my friend has projectors in his RX-8 and one night I was very tired, and start seeing those projectors turing red and blue on me. at first I thought I was loosing it but then my friends told me its the projectors. now im gettin some! :bandit:

they wont ... my 97' C230 uses H1's in the Hibeam and fogs., then H7 in the lobeams. and I dnt have bumper fog lights so I dnt know anything about that. check your car to be sure, go look at the bulbs it will say.

found mine when I got home from work today. they were in in 5 min, except in my carelessness, i snapped off one of the levellers, which i'm assuming isn't vital anyway. I'll try to have pics later tonight since i'm leaving town tomorrow.

no dice. the lights are in, they work, but the beam pattern is fucked, and i am getting the light warning in the instrument cluster. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but i'm going to go back and reinstall to see if it fixes it. any ideas anyone? I may have to post a new thread, because i'm not sure how many people read this.

I dnt know how you can possibly install H7;s the wrong way??

maybe they didnt clip in and the bulbs are slanted because you have them upside-down ?

close. the bulb was in the right way, but the clip itself was loose at the bottom, which caused the bulb to bounce around and get stuck crooked. fixed now, and i left the key in the on position for two minutes, then started the car, and boom, no "light out" indicator. unfortunately, all of our digicams are out of juice and i can't take any shots until I'm back next sunday, but i'll be sure to provide a full display, hopefully including the jdm yellow h1 fogs.

well, i guess i will do it 2m. I took a look at it and tried to take out the stock bulb but DAMN i had some trouble. I just took a quick look. I will look it over 2m. sorry

And to take off the clip do I squeeze the bottom or pull that tab at the top? I wasn't sure and dont want to break anything.

What are Krypton bulbs I see that Luminics have made? What are the differences?

i didn't get a free LED either. NO, no pics, and it wasn't so much an issue as an oversight on my part. i clipped it in without checking to see if it was secure, so it was my fault. so was breaking the leveller off. otherwise, it's a really straightforward job.

I agree on that... They aren't very bright, but they light up the road. Unlike some , you don't even see the light on the ground. These do and shown in the above pics.. the range matches up with the stocks.

Overall I think they're worth it. And they're cheaper than my Sylvania SilverStars on my Honda Odyssey.

as far as I know yes they are H1's. my car is a 97' if that helps, but id check to be exactly sure.
