did a search didn't really find what i was looking for.

OK so i installed the hid system, the ones that plug into the oem harness (meaning doesn't requre a seprate battery connection), they work fine sometimes when engine is off but when i turn on the car and drive it the bulbs go out and keep flickers non stop. Looks like they're trying to ignite.

Should i change the fuse to a higher rating to supply more current for the ballests to ignite?

btw this is on a 00 c280

If I am not mistaken, you need to upgrade the fuse.

Must've missed this Thread. (http://www.club202.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2235&highlight=factory+xenon)

edit: are these OEM's? If not, then the above information may not apply.

make sure you havve the right conections on teh OE harness. I had the same problem and it would flicker, but then u changed wires up and it worked great. I see u have ftermarket lights like me, so it souldnt be that hard. maybe try a different ground. if nothing works then you night have a bad ballast/ignitor.
Good luck and i hope it works out
