what do you mean? thats pretty unclear. Its going to involve using a parasitic splice into a 12v source

You can do this.

Visit Radio Shack or the like. They've got what you need.

For my CarPC I used an add-a-fuse from an autoparts store to jack some current off a fuse in the fuse box in the trunk and wired up a cut off female end of a 12V splitter.

not the smartest idea connecting to a source already being used. that would take current and volts away from the seat motors and could keep popping fuses. you can either do it davis449's way or if you remove the r/f door sill plate and look in the rocker panel right under the carpet...there is a junction block with a constant 12v source (not accesory or key on only). you can run a wire from there and include a IN-LINE FUSE and the hook up another cigarette lighter adapter. i powered my dvd system from that block!

i believe only on the right. not hard to run a wire under the carpet over to the driver's side if you want it over there. just go under the carpet and behind the radio over to the other side! much safer route rather than tapping into other components such as seat motors, etc....

another point. when using this junction block...after the fuse wire a on/off switch in series before you go to your cigarette adapter so you can make sure there are no draws when you leave your car. if you don't want a switch then just make sure you unplug the component you are hooking from the cigarette adapter if it doesn't have a power on/off button.
