W140 Wheels on a W202?

I am looking at a set of wheels that are coming off a W140. Will these fit and look okay on a W202?

they may fit, however.. I dont know the offset of these wheels.
another thing to consider is the wheel bolt holes, in the 140 the holes are larger diameter.. but if I remember correctly W211 wheels have been put on W202s and they also have larger diameter bolt holes.
so it may boil down to offset.
