Push start button

hey guys i was searching around and i found this PUSH BUTTON STARTER (http://www.bimmerdiy.com/diy/e36startbutton) i know its for BMW's but is it possible for this to work on our car's with the immobiliser and electronic key etc. has anyone tried this? if it will work and you could provide assistance to which wires are which that would be good thanks very much!

You can do it on any car as long as u connect everything properly chek out http://www.ignitedperformance.com/index1.html any thing can be done to any car if u cant find it u make it. its all endless with a few bucks

I imagine you'll have to figure out some way of incorporating your key so the infrared signature in it can still be read by the car. since it changes every time you use it, it's not going to be simple, and you'll still probably have to insert a key somewhere. IMO more trouble than it's worth.

NO CAR FIRE and yeh how these are set up u still have to use the key but instead of turning it u push the button and boom ur good 2 go.. But overall its just for looks and kicks not really functional for anything other IMO
