as i wrote a thread about those ill. sills on my c43 amg, i noticed a whining sound when i drive my car it seems to be a electronic glich. when i turned of my radio the whinig sound dissapeared so it must be electronic glich, someone told me to put a jamming devisor to eliminate the sound do u know anything about this

That someone was right, the glitch is coming from your speakers because the RSA cable is not fortified against electrical interfierence (if you have one installed, probably aftermarket) and it picks the sparkplugs signal or sth. The problem might be solved by following the jamming devisor way, it might not.
That might not be your problem though so you might wanna hear someone elses opinion or enlighten us more on that. I dont reeeally thing that is coming from your doorsills (post a pic of them if you have please, just to see them). Good luck.

what is a RSA cable? is it the powercable or what?
where is the best location to hook up the jamming devisor? on the power cable from doorsills which is connected to the battery or what? cheers mate

Actually I was refering to your soundsystem, I also have illuminated doorsills and they dont produce any noise... If like you said the noise stops as soon as you turn off your radio then its definitely your soundsystem. Do you have an amp in the back or sth? google the word RSA and you ll find out what it is.(soundsystems related).

Kalimera dude yes i have the BOSE soundsystem in the trunk and i put the wires from the doorsills trough the holes from the backseats and the trunk so the soundsystem must pick up the interference from the wires which are connected to the battery.
