Werd! i got the same ones
NICE;)...
after reading quiet a few pages on the C32 fitment saga,im still not completely sure why if without modification they must be installed on the opposite side of the car...is it because the caliper mounting holes are opposite to stock?...so the caliper needs to be flipped around to centre on the tangent from hub?.
and i guess re-drilling the locating bolt on the disc is nessasary as well?

the c32 caliper mounts at the back of the brake like this
http://www.ods.org/~doofoo/c32/morning/c32brakes.jpg
and our cars' caliper mounts on the other side, so in order to mount them "correctly" u have to switch sides, but then the piston oreintation is different if u install them that way(the piston thats supposed to be in the back would now be in the front). after looking at jirwan's install instructions, he mounted them on the correct sides, and it bolts right up, the only thing is ur brake line has to be longer and the bleed valve is now on the bottom. and about the mounting bolt thingy, im not sure if its completely necessary, alot of cars dont have it, the pressure of the wheel on the disc is the only thing that holds it on.

OK, so that just means you have to bleed the calipers through the hose connection instead of the bleeder.. No biggie I guess.. If I could get those for $800 I'd be all over it..
EDIT: On second thought, after looking at the picture there, wheel clearance could be an issue.. Would have to be sure my rims would clear the calipers before making the purchase.

it would depend on how many ppol were interested, if just a couple then i can probably just have my dad order it and i could get it to u, but if its more than that i think my dad ordering a bunch of c32 brake kits is gonna look a little fishy to the parts manager, but one of my friends has a wholesalers license so i could go that route, on that note if any of u guys know any one w/a wholesalers license u can just have them order the part from the dealership for u and it would be the same price

I see...so there are really only three SMALL problems which dont directly affect the braking quality and allow them to be installed in the correct orientation
-the rotor location bolt
-the brake hose
-the bleed valve
might go this wy myself instead of that extreme expensive BremboGT kit...mmm

I was under the impression that you dissassembled the calipers and then reassembled them so they would work the correct way?
in the write up that someone did they said to swap them form side to side then take the calipers apart and assemble them so they would work correctly?.. am I wrong?
would this be the same idea as the w211 E55 calipers too.. sice they are also mounted like the C32 ones?
as for the disc bolt that holds it to the hub.. you can just take the disc to a machine shop and have them dril and countersin a hole so it will bolt up to your 202 hub.. or just leave it and the pressure of the wheel on the hub will hol dit in place as was mentioned by someone.

braking improved pretty significantly, its kinda wierd, cuz my pedal feel isnt that different, so i end up applying the same amount of force, but i stop a whole lot faster, just gonna take some getting used to i guess
and as for the rear, my dad's friend put sl500 silver arrow edition front and rears on his 300e and said theres a good possibility that they will fit on the 202, so when it comes time for new rear rotors, im definately gonna take that into consideration

the next step is to replace front and rear brakelines with stainless steel + braided / teflon coated brake lines. i've got a set new in the box with upgraded brake fluid i've never installed, but you would want to meassure the lines first to see how long you need since your new calipers may require custom length lines.

So which method did you use to make the calipers work?
Looks great!!!....
the nipple is on the top so i guess you have them in reverse.
so did you require any custom work what so ever to make them fit?

haha damn 23k good eye, well its kinda a long story, but my dad had issues w/the bleeder valve being on the bottom from the get go, then we went to the parts department to look for some longer lines, and they didnt have any, so i didnt think we were gonna be able to install them. But there is a couple techs at my dads shop who tinker w/race cars on the weekends, and after much discussion w/them, they agreed w/my dad that the bleeder valve is better on top, and that there is no real safety issues w/the caliper orientation being off, i just might go through pads a little bit quicker, so i just installed them like that, they seem to be working great, i'll keep you guys updated for sure
