frame or not to frame

This should be an easy Question to answer. But, when one purchases the Bekkers Avant-garde grille does it come with just the insert or the entire frame and insert?

I've been told that it can come both ways.

Be careful - I ordered one on Sept. 3 and have yet to receive it. For a couple of weeks now I've been hearing that they're en route to Bekkers, being held in customs, being unpacked, wil ship tomorrow, etc. Just about every reason under the sun. Short story is, I don't have the product I ordered. Very disappointing.

Before ordering, I would definitely confirm that they are in stock via telephone, and also definitely not order anything that isn't in stock. Otherwise, be prepared to wait a loooooooooong time.

Seems that folks who ordered clear corners and other items are having the same problems...

Bekker is out of stock.. They should be getting them next week.. Regarding your question about frame or not, they have both options in bekker.

Without the frame = Grill insert.
With Frame = Full Grill asembly.
