Wheel ET Fitment w/ Link

Hey guys I know search first! And I did! lol But I think I just confused myself going through all the posts on Wheel fitment and didnt really find exactly what I was looking for. So please go easy on me i'm a simple guy =P, Anyways a guy in my area is selling some wheels, Link- http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/pts/215322432.html
He had these on an audi! lol But I really like them the bolt pattern is 5x112 wich i know is the correct spec for w202s but the et and wheel sizes will probably not fit from what I have gathered they are 19's and Stock AMG Rims 19x8.5 et44 235/35-19 and 19x9.5 et46 265/30-19 possibly I will need to get new tires for them or some sort of spacer? I'm not sure how all that works any info you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. - Thanks a ton - Matt

P.S. The price is 1500 w/ Tires is that a good deal for these?

You will need to run 10mm spacers. Tires could fit but you are better off getting smaller tire sizes, 225 and 255 or 225 all around. You would also need to roll your fenders.

I'd offer no more than 1000 and he can keep the tires.

Update - Probably gunna hold out I think James is right, and the guy is pretty firm, not like I will never find rims again. Plus who knows maybe he will not be able to sell them and i'll be able to pick em up for what I offered. Might just order the set of HP EVO's off wheelsnext and sit on those for awhile. Any suggestions? I know winter is commin up soon so might just chill on my stock 15's that came with the car.
