Umm if you mod it um, maybe, but it would be easyer to get an aftermarket that you know fits???
But if you want a project, go for it.

i do know that with a lil modding the w210 grills fit on w202...do the CLK have the same grill as w210 ?

A facelift w210 does, its smaller and thiner than a w202 though.
