removing standard tape deck!?!

Hey fellow w202 dudes!!

I have the standard tape-deck (wtf) in my cabbie which i wish to remove/replace.

I do not have the thin metal inserts to remove the original. Any other way of removing it???

In a pinch, two metal nail files will do the trick.

Make sure to note the orientation in the second picture when the guy is actually inserting the tools.
