View Full Version : dash light that looks like a light with a "!" inside it?

Can you shed some light into what this is referring to. It seems to be coming on often. Thanks.

....the Triangle with the "!" inside it is for the ASR i think (traction control)...if its comming on intermitantly with no tyre grip issues there could be a fault somwhere.

It's not the ASR "!" it's below the speedo and it looks like an upside down lightbulb with a "!" in the middle. By the way, the way I drive the ASR light is on quite a bit!!!

haha good to know you figured how that indicator works;)

hmmm could be the bulb outage indicator...maybe?

That's the one. I thought that may be the case, but I can't find what light is out and it's not on all the time. I just replaced one brake light last week, but I guess I'll check them all out again. Thanks.

btw the bulb light goes on and of in my car all the time, like last week it kept going on when i hit a bump, and this week the light burnt and its on all the time

It can also light when a bulb is on its way out and not dead yet.

yeah my mileage is low, thank god, thats why i tend to abuse my car, and my tranny thinking its semi new, but forgetting its almost 8 years old
