1998 C280 Headunit Question

Guys,

forgive me for just not understanding but I've searched the forum on replacing my stock cassette to an aftermarket system and I just want to make sure that I'm clear on what it takes. To my understanding, I can go to Circuit City or Best Buy, pick out a head unit that fits my car and tell them to install a hi lo converter and use a VW/Audi wiring harness and I'll be good?

Yes, and you may need an antenna adapter. Search for the "Nakamichi HOW-TO" thread, it should explain everything.
