help my friends volvo

sorry to be ot, but my friend has a volvo S60 2.0LTR turbo... what can he do to go faster beside a engine/car swap for a T5.


can he get pullys or a bigger turbo and stuff..?

usually chip tuning with a high flowing air filter and an upgraded downpipe can yield about 30-50hp, provided that new software increases the boost.

tell your friend to check out www.turbobricks.com there is another called swedespeed.com.. I forget the URL to that one.. but its more for FWD volvos rather then old school RWD

I bet he could find a pulley for it, which would probably be the cheapest, good-sized HP gain. Then I would go for some software, intake, exhaust, etc.

great.. he should be inspired when he comes to read this later.. hes enthusiam has taken a beating with all that safe volvo talk :) ... that 2.0ltr turbo really rips!.. Ive drove it! its the smoothest manual Ive ever had the privlege of laying my ass on.. but with some fine tuneing Im sure it will be absolute monster..
