My 96 C280 came with a changer in the trunk.

The CD changer was an option. It's down to luck.

I think all 202's came with the cd player in teh trunk(those who had opted for it.) Because on my stock hu it has teh digital input from the cd and i had some of teh last 202's built, 2000 C230k.

my 97' 230 didnt have cd. bummer. I dont like the stock POS deck anyway so it didnt matter to me.

so far every question i posted on club202.com has been answered...no need for a catchy title...that is the whole reason of the website...neways my 98 c230 came with no cd player...its all about luck....(and the options the original buyer opted for)
