Can you put the rieger tuning front lip onto the stock 1994 c280 bumper. Also how does it attach?

I think they're only made for the updated bumpers.

they make a lip for update AND preupdate.

I found the part at "ese tuning" but they only have the rear add-on apron for both the pre and updated, the front is just one of them. Does anyone know which one it is or where else to buy the part where they have the right one?
