Im getting HIDs from a guy at work, but he has the factory hids off a c43 amg (the whole headlight), but 1 of the lens are broken, can we take the lens off a C230k and replace the broken lens from the lens on the c43amg? also will the c43 head light fit in the C230k?

Should be just fine, as long as the C230k light is also a factory Xenon.

Nope they are the stock lights, thats what we were trying to figure out if i could pull the lens out the c230 and swap it with the c43. and put the c43 headlights in my car

Xenon and non-xenon glass are different. Therefore, if I understand correctly, you would have one Xenon glassed light and one non-Xenon glassed light. Your beam patterns would not match each other.

well the other option is to place the ballaist out side the lens

well the thing is im scard that since the c43amg headlight is completly different, that it won't line up. another thing is the c43 headlight turns while you turn driving. my kompresssor doesn't.

I believe the motors you are seeing are for the self leveling purposes not for turning the lights when you make a turn. Since you are retrofitting them from another car the self leveling won't work anyway so it should be a non-issue.
