It's pretty easy to tell from a Advantgarde grill from a stock one. You can buy it from www.bekkers.com I don't know the price differences but you can also check eBay.

The grill from Performace Products is not a Full Grill, it is a Grill Insert. For the price you are better of buying from Bekkers.

So if your existing frame is in good condition, couldnt you just get the ebay insert and use your previous frame or do you need both new from bekkers?

Which one would you guys rule as a better grill?

The Carbon Fiber insert from Bekkers
or the Avantgarde?

They're both garbage in comparison to the OEM grille. You can buy a genuine avant garde grille from the dealer if you really want the look, and not sacrafice the quality.

Well i was also thinking of just painting over the Grill so it would match the rest of the car.

My favorite look is the blacked out insert, but keep the grille frame chrome. It's too prone to stone chips on the paint from highway driving.

I'll dig up a pic or two of the blacked out center as an example for you. Actually I'm going to wax and detail my car tonight, and I'm going to respray my grille, so I can probably even take some pics and make a write-up of how to paint the grille cleanly for anyone interested. The chrome strips are 4 separate pieces, and removeable by taking the insert out of the grille assembly and sliding them out the sides. This allows you to clean the grille insert really well, and sand down the plastic so paint will stick better. Same thing with the chrome pieces if you intend to paint them, and I believe they are actually aluminum just by the way the "sand blasting effect" pitted mine from years of highway miles.
