bumper molding

hey i was wonder whether or not i could just put the lower bumper molding from the 98-00 model, on my 97 bumper

Very vauge, but ill try. If you are talking about the lip on the front bumper, i dont think you can, it seems like a different shape. The rear on the other hand seems like you may be able to put an updated lip on it. But what would probly look better is an aftermarket lip that maybe cheaper and end up looking better because its for that year. What would probly work though is replaceing the whole front/ rear bumper, that may workd better. I dont hink MB would change the way the bumpers mount over that one year, they just slap some different ones on. I hope this help, if not, try to be a bit clearer and maybe try the search button 2, it the red thing on top, you new, you really dont know.
