Im unfamilar with how the amp/plugs look like. but shoot if its free just get it then pull the carpet in the trunk and see if it plugs in.

That is ofcourse if you have bose to begin with. If no bose then dont bother.

Yeh free is good.. but why dont bother if I dont have Bose already???
I dont have bose in my car.. just factory radio. will it not work n my car?? I have access to the star diagnosis to programme it into my D2B ring.. and I have access to anything else I might need!!

shoot if its all free then I'd say yes!!!!!

only reason why i say not to if you dont have it already is because the amount they charge for the bose stuff isnt worth the sound quality you would get from the aftermarket world.

but man if you got the hook up. go for it man!!!

99 C230 uses the Fiber optic system....in the US spec M-class FO parts were introduced in 2001 (I think)...is the amp FO or non FO operated?

u r correct sir!! 99 C-classes do have Fiber optics!!! The Bose AMP I can get is for a fiber optics system.
I think ML's had fiber optics from 2001 I believe.. and I do think it is from a 2001 or possibly 2002 ML55.
