Ok, i have a 2000 C230K, so i dont have the A/C moduale many of you have, i just get knobs and dials. Ok, monday monig when i get up to go to skool, its cold out. I jump in and hit to heat to no avail. The blower is not working at all, and just a few hour before it was fine. There is still a heated/cooled passive flow, so its not the HVAC system, just teh blower. So teh question is, y is the damn thing on stike???

I have had a problem where the blower would not shut off when you turned it to zero. I thought somebody might have pulled the knob off and then put it back on in the wrong position so I tried to pull the knob off/outward. It didn't come off easily, so I pulled pretty hard and twisted back and forth. It still didn't come off (was afraid to try to pull too hard)but the when I turned the key back on it started acting normally. You might try this in case the contacts are just getting dirty. You don't want to know how much a set of new knobs and their controls cost!
