Drivers' headrest loose

my drivers headrest is loose, it automatically goes up and down with that switch - no problems, but when I lean my head towards it - its all wiggle-wabble. any help on taking it apart ?? Thanks.

the seat back has two phillips head screws on the bottom, feel for them. when out just take back off and examine, thats all i know. my passenger headrest is broken, wont go up or down, one of the clips that holds the gear tho the support is broken, fixed it with tape for 2 weeks but broke again, any replacements? fixes?
